Check that all the players have joined the table - the number of square at the top of the screen (max eight players)
The Responsible One, now needs to assign the dealer.
Settings | Designate dealer
The list of players will be displayed.
The Responsible One assigns the dealer by selecting one of the players
Click Assign
To go back | Settings | Back
The designated dealer will now have the deck available on their screen.
